Each private room has its own en-suite washroom. Four bedrooms upstairs share a common area to read or relax, as well as a coffee station. The main level features a fifth bedroom, as well as the dining space, the parlour, and access to the private garden. A small kitchenette for guests offers a 24 hr coffee/ tea station, toaster oven, and microwave.

All of Elmira's main amenities are within walking distance of the house: shops, cafes and restaurants, banks, the post office, and grocery stores. We are also on a bus route into Waterloo, which connects with the rest of the Tri-City area.
